Cancelation & Refund Policy

 

Booking Terms & Conditions:

 

While you may cancel your booking at any time, the amount refunded will depend on when you made us aware of your cancellation. Our refund policy is as follows:

 

SISU, Mid Day SISU Memberships:

• Cancelation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment- no penalty.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment- $5.00 penalty.

• No call/no show- $20.00.

• Unpaid penalties will result in members unable to book a session until payment is received.

LAGOM & PUNCHPASS Memberships:

• Cancelation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment- no penalty.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment- $5.00 penalty.

• No call/no show- Loss of session or $20.00 fee if passes are gone.

• Unpaid penalties will result in members unable to book a session until payment is received.

Buddy Pass: (Members are responsible for booking their guest)

• One Buddy Pass each session for Unlimited & Monthly members.

• Cancelation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment- no penalty.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 12 hrs. of appointment- $5.00 penalty to member.

• No call/no show- $20.00 penalty to member.

 

Non-Members: (All non-members must pay in full at time of booking)

• Cancelation/reschedule before 12 hrs. of appointment- full refund.

• Cancelation within 12 hr. of appointment- 50% refund.

• Reschedule within 12 hr. of appointment - $5.00 Fee.

• No call/no show- no refund.

 

Group Bookings: (All Group Bookings must pay in full at time of booking):

1 Hour Group Session (7 people included in session, any number over 7 is $20/person)

MAX 11 people.

• Cancelation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment- full refund.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment- 50% refund.

• No call/no show- no refund

 

2 Hour Group Session (11 people included in session, any number over 11 is $20/person)

MAX 15 people.

• Cancelation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment- full refund.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment- 50% refund.

• No call/no show- no refund.

 

3 Hour Group Session (15 people included in session, anyone over 15 is $20/Person)

MAX 20 people.

• Cancelation/reschedule before 24 hrs. of appointment- full refund.

• Cancelation/reschedule within 24 hrs. of appointment- 50% refund.

• No call/no show- no refund.
